Establishing a Relative Baseline Race Strategy for Male 25-Yard Swim Races


This case study analyzes the the top five male finishers in each of the 100-yard and 200-yard stroke finals from 2010-2014 NCAA Division I Championships in an attempt to determine the most commonly used race strategy among the nations best swimmers.

The result, a tailored list of splits guiding any swimmer of any skill level to their goal time.
